These terms apply when you use CareerPro UK ("we", "us"), including the website careerproservices.co.uk, our online courses at courses.careerproservices.co.uk, and our application review and clinical attachment support services. By using our websites or buying from us, you agree to these terms. Contact us at cvreviewexperts@gmail.com.
1. Who we are
CareerPro UK is an independent career support service for doctors, including international medical graduates (IMGs), applying for NHS posts. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the NHS, the GMC, NICE, any NHS Trust or any Royal College.
2. What we provide
- Application review and rewrite: feedback on, and suggested wording for, your CV, NHS Jobs or Trac application and supporting statement, delivered by email.
- Clinical attachment support: guidance on finding and applying for clinical attachments.
- Free guides and blog articles: general information to help you prepare your applications.
- Online CPD courses: free to study. Some courses need a free sign-up with your name and email. You can buy an optional certificate or a certificate bundle.
3. No guarantee of outcome
Shortlisting, interview and job decisions are made by employers, not by us. We cannot guarantee shortlisting, an interview, a job offer, a clinical attachment or GMC registration. Our guides and courses give general information, not legal, immigration or medical advice.
4. Your responsibilities
- Everything you put in an application must be true and your own. Only use example wording that honestly describes your experience.
- Do not send us patient-identifiable information.
- You are responsible for checking and submitting your own applications.
5. Courses and certificates
- Our courses are online learning resources. Certificates show that you completed a course and passed its quiz. They are not accredited by a Royal College or the GMC unless a course page says otherwise, and they do not replace your employer's induction or mandatory training.
- Each certificate has a verification link. You may share it with employers or appraisers.
- Do not copy, resell or republish our course content, guides or templates.
6. Prices and payment
- Course and certificate prices are shown on the course pages before you pay. Prices for review services are agreed with you by email before work starts.
- Card payments for certificates and bundles are processed securely by Stripe. We never see your full card details.
7. Cancellations and refunds
- Certificates and bundles (digital content): your certificate is made available as soon as you pay. If a certificate does not work or contains an error we made, we will fix it or refund you. If you bought a bundle and have not used any of it, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Review services: you can cancel within 14 days of booking. If you asked us to start within that time, we may keep a fair amount for the work already done. Once the review is delivered, it cannot be refunded, but we will put right anything we have not done as agreed.
- To ask for a refund, email cvreviewexperts@gmail.com with your name and the date of purchase. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- These terms do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
8. Our liability
We take care to keep our content accurate and up to date, but NHS rules, GMC requirements and job criteria change. Always check official sources and the job advert. We are not responsible for decisions made by employers, the GMC or other organisations. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Your information
How we use your personal information is explained in our privacy notice and the website privacy policy.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
